Aug, 29 2019Jim Peterson1Beautiful balled and burlaped Arborvitae were delivered and planted by the grower at a reasonable price . However , the tightly bound seisal twine which is wrapped taround the trunk was not cut . Apparently it should have been . Called the grower on this no call back
